About Lauryn Rather
Lauryn Rather joined Attorneys Erik Eisenheim and Kim Zhang in October 2025 as a legal secretary/paralegal. Lauryn’s demonstrated work ethic and dedication to her education make her a dynamic and valued addition to the firm.
Lauryn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and Spanish and an undergraduate certificate in pre-law. During her time as an undergraduate at St. Norbert College, Lauryn’s coursework focused on research methods and techniques, U.S. courts and the legal system, constitutional law, administrative law and politics, giving her a solid foundational understanding for the work we do at Zhang & Eisenheim.
While pursuing her education, Lauryn supported herself by working in several customer service roles, often holding two jobs simultaneously while also achieving academic excellence. Lauryn’s achievements include the Distinguished Trustee Scholar Award (Jan. 2021), the SNC Honors Program (Aug. 2021) and membership in the Phi Sigma Iota Honors Society (March 2023). She graduated Summa Cum Laude in April 2025.
Beyond her academic studies, Lauryn participated as a student member of St. Norbert College’s Law Club, String Ensemble, Chess Club and College Republicans.
Lauryn’s competence in the Spanish language, her skills in communication, organization, time management and technology all lend to her ability to support our mission and be a valuable part of our firm’s dedication to client advocacy.
